Sea|ly|ham terrier, or Sea|ly|ham «SEE lee ham, -uhm», noun.
any small Welsh dog of a breed with short legs, a square jaw, and a rough, shaggy, white coat, sometimes marked with lemon, tan, or brown on the head and ears. It resembles the Scottish terrier but regularly has the tail docked.
